Yesterday I was lucky enough to be a part of the most amazing winter wedding I’ve ever seen. The Bride and Groom were just the best, they were super relaxed, they gave me all the time in the world, and they truly made me feel like a guest rather than a working photographer.
They had chosen a stunning venue, Coombe Lodge in North Somerset, and the low level winter sun bathed the grounds in a soft golden light. Shooting a wedding this late in the year can bring up a few extra issues when it comes to logistics, weather and available light, but whoever they paid to guarantee the perfect weather, certainly came through!
I left just as the dancing was in getting into full swing, but not before setting up a few lights and taking full advantage of the exterior of this amazing venue.
