I’m writing this from a lovely b&b in Yorkshire. I was woken by the sound of bird sound & sheep in the fields across the lane.
We’ve travelled 250 miles from home to come and see the wonderful guys at Taste the Wild; armed with the rushes of last years shoot. We have over 10 hours of footage to condense down to a 60 minute programme, but it’s a nice problem to have (always better to have too much than too little!).
It’s going to be a lengthy task, but one that yield great results. Filming with Chris and Rose last year took us to some of the most beautiful parts of Britain & Chris’ culinary skills made the trips worthwhile as he served up some delicious food – made with foraged wild edibles.
I’ll keep you up to date with the edit & when it will be available to watch. Trust me, it’ll be worth it!
