Last week found us in the great outdoors of Yorkshire filming foraging expert Chris Bax & his company, Taste The Wild.
We spent two fantastic days with Chris & his wife Rose, filming the foraging of wild plants (picked sustainably & legally!) in the wetlands, woodlands and dales and then the cooking of them back at the outdoor kitchen. It was some of the best times we’ve had on a shoot in over 20 years in the business – Chris’ enthusiasm for his work is infectious and we have the makings of a first class product for them.
The weather was really kind to us and we’re hoping for similar luck next week, when we’re at the coast off Staithes fishing for lobsters in the next part of the programme!
