In this industry there are lots of quiet times between the frantic action of filming.
We have been to a lot of meetings recently from Swansea to London, setting up shoots that are happening over the next couple of months. The edit suites have also seen a lot of action, we currently have 3 corporate programmes and a couple of multi-camera edits in progress. This is where having several suites come into it’s own, we have graphics & 3D animation rendering on one, whilst the off-line suite is ingesting footage & our main on-line suite is currently ‘grading’ an edit – this is where we add subtle colour and contrast changes to make the final picture look perfect.
It is a much more sedate way to spend our time than when we’re out shooting, but we’ll VLOG a day in the studio soon so you can see what it’s like & the kind of things we can do.
