I can’t begin to tell you how humbled we’ve been to work on such an inspirational film over the last few weeks.
We’ve been filming with the Aspire Project in Cwmbran, South Wales. Aspire is a befriending service for the elderly that places volunteers into the community to help with everything from cleaning & decluttering, to teaching the elderly about the Internet and turning them into ‘silver-surfers’.
We have met some truly amazing people, from Rachel & Lucasz the Aspire co-ordinators through to a load of the volunteers that make a real difference to people’s lives across the region.
Our film is being launched at their Christmas celebration at the VUE cinema in Cwmbran and we have been invited along to see it up on the big screen for ourselves! Following the launch there will be nibbles & then a screening of Jim Carey’s ‘A Christmas Carol’ – I always knew I’d get on te same bill as a Hollywood A-lister!!
We’ll be taking the cameras along with us to cover the day, so expect a great VLOG from a fantastic day soon.
