Well, my new iphone5 is finally here. It’s a week late & I wasted many, many hours on the phone to O2 in getting it sorted – but what will it mean to our blogs?
Well, currently we use our Canon 550d to shoot our VLOGS (along with the go pro for the underwater stuff). This is a brilliant bit of kit, but can be cumbersome when we’re carrying so much ‘proper’ kit for filming. The new iPhone will address this problem as it shoots full 1080 high definition video & with iMovie built into the camera, I can even do some rudimentary editing on the go too! My phone goes everywhere with me, so we’ll always have access to a HD camera and won’t have to think ‘wish we had a camera!’, this should mean our blogs can capture even more behind the scenes footage & show you more of the world of red90 🙂
We’re off to Central London this afternoon in readiness for a shoot at the Lloyds TSB HQ tomorrow morning, so I figure that’ll be a good chance to put it through it’s paces.
