Hey everyone.
So I thought I’d share the trailer for the programme we’ve been working on recently. Taste the Wild, based in Yorkshire, has been travelling the length and breadth of the UK and it’s owner Chris Bax has been showing how easy it is to rustle up stunning food with ingredients found growing wild in the hedgerows, cliff tops and woodlands.
We’ve got one final shoot in November with the Taste The Wild team & I know that I have posted some behind the scenes footage before, but I thought you’d lie to see what we’ve been working on so hard for the last six months. The pictures haven’t been graded (coloured for TV) yet, you guys get to see it straight from the horses mouth, so to speak – but it’ll give you an idea about what we’ve set out to do.
The final programme features Chris cooking lots of different dishes after foraging the ingredients and meeting some very interesting characters on his travels. It will change the way you look at the ground beneath your feet forever! As you’ve probably gathered, both myself and Paul have had a complete blast filming with Chris and Rose – we’re looking forward to this becoming a much bigger project over the next couple of years when we can spend even more time travelling and sampling the delicious food..
Keep an eye out around Christmas, the DVD will make a brilliant gift for the budding chef!
